He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Bill was great. Quoted fairly for the job of blocking off the gap under our decking to prevent foxes from getting in. Work was fast, completed to a high standard and they were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.
