An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.
