I got him in to solve our kitchen sink disaster, and because he was so lovely, capable, and full of good ideas, I got him to come again on 2 separate days to fix underlying issues that had been plaguing our plumbing for years. Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
