Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Very courteous. Arrived at 8am each day but did not start work until 9am in deference to us and the neighbours. Took down a huge tree with no fuss or bother, and tidied up afterwards. Were all polite and respectfu? when asking for water etc. Worked so hard, and so quickly. Excellent.
