Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Fast, competent and friendly service. Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. I wish I had gone with these guys sooner. Fantastic work, that included aftersales care advice, and even offered to send a roofer he knew for some additional unrelated work.
Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.
