I am very pleased with the work completed, which was flat roof replacement and gutter clearing . The team are very genuine people as well, which was a bonus. Work was carried out to a high standard, and the team took away all rubbish afterwards. Communication was good throughout. ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....
