I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. A very professional group of family run business. Reliable and courteous, they turn up on time, done a great job and cleans up well afterwards. They took a lot less time than expected (a real example of under-promised but way over delivered!). The quality of the work was good and I have no hesitations on recommending this trader. P.S. Unlike another more well-known trade-vetting website, both the contacts forwarded by Rated People were reliable, quality trade people with very reasonable pricing.

Arrived later than arranged. The job was satisfactory but the clearing up afterwards was terrible. Cuttings of trimed hedges left on the flower beds. Muck and grime from gutter cleaning left everywhere. All over windows, door frames and floor. Took me ages to clean up. Asked to clear part of my roof which was extra money, but all the moss was left. Cant say I would recommend this company.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality.
