We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . Seldom do I meet people that exceed my expectations - Danny did. He turned up when he said, worked the hours he said and left the place tidy. Danny has a professional approach to his work and clearly a considerable knowledge of his subject. The work he undertook for me was of the highest standard. His charges are not the lowest but given the results very good value. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
