Very quick response from [email protected]. After sending quote on the same day as viewing work I was booked in for the following week. I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.

Installed a garden fence back in August. Nathan and his team did a very professional job in a timely manner. After being impressed with the teams work i then had an artificial Lawn Installed. Again a very good job. Turns up on time, does an excellent job and clears all mess from site.
