Well we do plumbing, electric, painting, tiling etc
sadly did a very bad job on a simple shelf job. A nail Went through the wall, he dropped something resulting in skirting board damage, shelves were wonky, shelves had massive nails in creating holes that were far too big for the wall, nails falling out of the massive holes. Still wasn’t fixed despite getting him back again for a 2nd visit. We managed to get £60 of the £260 back but never got a ‘sorry’. Have had a professional round now to fix everything but there are still holes in the wall you can see.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. Pros: 1) very responsive over text; 2) good price; 3) majority of fencing work was carried out to a high standard. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).
