Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. I would add that Harry wants to ensure you are happy with the work and if you have any queries, Harry addresses them. This is rather refreshing.

Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements. Avoid A1 Trading at all costs, he did an extremely poor job on relaying my kitchen roof. A bread and butter job for any decent builder but this one couldn’t seem to grasp the basics. Poor quality of workmanship means I still have a leaky roof. He also lied about forwarding the receipt by saying he would email it to me but now he now won’t answer my texts or return my calls so he’s also done a runner. I’m retired in my 70’s and view this ‘tradesperson’ like a criminal, A1 Trading deserves 0 stars.

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.
