We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Luke has worked in the construction trade since leaving college after acquiring his diplomas in bricklaying, scaffolding and carpentry. He worked for his brother in Johnson’s Scaffolding and Johnson’s Building for 15 years. The last couple of years he has branched out doing his own jobs and establishing his own company. Warren was a one-man machine. He took down the old fence, cut down a tree stump, installed the new fence, resizing panels to fit, cleaned and tidied up, removed all rubbish - he even ended up doing a job for my neighbour. Would highly recommend.
