I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. I recently hired a plumber Hughie ,from HYC plumbing to handle a leaking pipe. They were prompt professional and highly skilled. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the stand out quality and attention to detail. Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.
