I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Hass was an absolute delight to have in my home. I got him in to solve our kitchen sink disaster, and because he was so lovely, capable, and full of good ideas, I got him to come again on 2 separate days to fix underlying issues that had been plaguing our plumbing for years. He was always on time, had good communication, was kind and helpful (I was building a bunk bed and he helped me bring the box upstairs), and filled me with the confidence that he was completing the tasks to a very high standard.
