We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .

I used 'Rated People' for the first time for a replacement fence job on Sat 24th March 2019. . Kris was very good in responding quickly to my request. He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. Warren was a one-man machine. He took down the old fence, cut down a tree stump, installed the new fence, resizing panels to fit, cleaned and tidied up, removed all rubbish - he even ended up doing a job for my neighbour. Would highly recommend.
