I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

John turned up on time to price up the job, we agreed the price and a start date, John and his team arrived as planned and worked solid, they cleaned up every evening . Alex is friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job, leaving the lawn beneath the apple tree clean and all the prunings neatly stacked so that I could run them through the shredder. He wasn't just someone who simply chopped off bits of the tree to order but knew just what needed pruning and consulted with me throughout the job to make sure that I got the pruning I wanted.
