Daniel from D L Developments is excellent with his service. Very detailed information provided on all aspects of the job, very prompt with his responses, communication is amazing and the standard of work is of great quality. Quotes are very informative and easy to understand. Competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend him for any type of project you may have, he covers all variety of maintenance which is very useful. Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Ciprian was excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was communicative, provided a fair and insightful quote based on discussions with me, arrived on time, was skilful in his installation of our cat flap into a thick brick wall and cleaned up perfectly. AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything.
