They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. We are able to carry out both summer and winter pruning tasks, correct pruning is essential for healthy shrubs and trees, many shrubs pruned incorrectly may not flower correctly and fruit trees pruned incorrectly may not produce healthy yields of fruit.
