This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs
