We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Waycon.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Simon completed the work as we agreed on time, price as quoted and cleared the site. The only thing I had to do was wash down the site which I expected to do. I would recommend Simon to carry out any water supply work. Paul W.
