George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. I was concerned about using a new company but Marc Burrows, a director, seemed extremely competent and confident, was keen to win the business and assured us he could accommodate our schedule, so we signed the contract on 9/2/2016 to have our boiler replaced and relocated on 21/03/16. Since then there has been no further contact. He has not replied to e-mails or text messages, phone calls unreturned both mobile and head office, and no-one turned up to do the job. Totally unreliable, do NOT use, ever!
