Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
