Work has now been completed by Richard. An excellent job as so many alterations were needed to get to the finish line. So very pleased and would highly recommend Richard. We have asked Richard to come back to do a further job for us when he is free to do so.

These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????

I have been very pleased with the work done by Sean. He has been very reliable, completed the installation of multiple windows all to a good standard, and was back very quickly to do the finishing touches. He was flexible and worked around my lifestyle. He delivered what he promised and was always keen to get feedback from me to check I was happy.

I have no reservations in awarding Shane and his team 5 stars. The quote was honest and reasonable, the work was performed to a high standard (as evidenced by photoes taken during the repair that Shane sent me) and despite my having to put back the repair date by a month at very short notice, this caused no problem. J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Could not have been better. These guys were timely, efficient, cleaned as they went, very hard working and superb value for money.
