I primarily work on all aspects of kitchen and bathroom fitting from fitting to services. However I have a long history of multi-trade work having completed high spec extensions throughout the years, no job is too small. I carry out property maintenance which involve carpentry plumbing and electrics as well as refurbishments all within the latest regulations.
He did a very good job fitting a new sink and tap and also repairing the bathroom toilet. He is able, reliable and polite. I truly recommend him for any job around the house

I'm also an incident controller trained to manage small to major accidents. I believe everyone has a calling and mines been in residential and commercial construction from small to big projects and everything in between and soon will help with yours. I take great pride in my work and dont see it as a job but more like living my best life. I've done my travelling overseas been to Australia and Canada for several big companies. I didnt like it I didnt like just been another number a link in the chain. "I want to break free" I've been a working site supervisor carpenter joiner in the uk now for 7 yrs. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Hi at jays property maintenance we run a family run business that are specialists in flat roofing new roofs Chimley rebuilds lead work and all aspects of property maintenance.with a 5 million public liability insurance.
I asked Jays to remove and replace some old cladding and being impressed with their work subsequently asked them to paint the rendered parts of my house. One wall was in particularly poor repair and need complete removal of the old render, stabilisation and repair and re-rendering. All the work was done thoroughly, with attention to detail by a very hard working and cheerful team. At every stage in the proceedings I felt in control. The result is excellent. I highly recommend them.
