Stefan was brilliant. He arrived on time, was reliable, friendly and trustworthy. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in his craft. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but he went above and beyond, repairing some additional work done poorly by a previous tradesman at no extra cost. We couldn't fault Steve's work or his reliability. He made and fitted our back gate under terrible conditions heavy rain all day. He bought his own canopy and sheeting to enable him to continue working in the awful weather. We wish we had known about him prior to us having work done on our house renovtion. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using him again.

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. Consistent work from Radu, turned up during the snow and clearly wanted to do a good job. Very precise in his work and a nice finish to the worktops and upstand. Polite and professional, cleaned up well after.
