This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Mike transformed our dark and dingy garage into a fabulous annexe to our home. The job was not easy but nothing seemed to faze him. He was more than willing to go the extra mile and was happy as long as we were too. Highly recommended and a really nice chap.

This guy standards is very poor for vinyl I would avoid at all costs, he has no skill in vinyl and he insisted I paid in advance, if I see this man again I will.prpnanly go to jail!

Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.

Kevin contacted me within minutes of the job being advertised. Came out within an hour. Good estimate of costs. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Job done without any fuss or mess. All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Prices competitive and jobs were given straight away. Work carried out to a very high specification,all mess cleared up and also social distancing respected. Lovely genuine people and we would recommend without any hesitation. I wish them every success in the future.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
