George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Derek started very well, said he would fit bathroom in 4 days. He seemed a very honest and genuine chap. We went away after 5 days with very little to do so we paid him in full. On our return we found shower tray chipped tile chipped, shower tray overflowing and leaking, called him back several times, each time he said it was fixed, but was getting worse, bathroom was getting flooded, For last 8 weeks he's ignored me with exscuses and I believe he has no intention of putting right the problems he has caused

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
