George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Be careful of this company. These people are thieves . This company came out and quoted my job. They ask for half for down payment. Which was £2400 of which I pay And the other half when the job is completed. They received the frist payment of £2400 and they brought a palette of brick and started the porch. Which was in poor standards . Pointed it out . The boss Michelle agree and said they will correct it. They never returned and they block my no. Be very careful of these people. Would no recommend them
The wall looks fine but instead of 4 days it took 3weeks to complete and the whole area was left dirty and the lawn in a mess.
After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
