Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. They always turned up on time and kept me informed regarding progress of the project. I have no reservation in recommending him and his team.

Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!

Adrian is punctual, reliable and honest. His rendering and bricklaying is quality work and he finished a day ahead of schedule. He's not only experienced and professional but a pleasure to work with, I'd like to use Adrian for more of my projects. Highly recommended.

Took time to find out exactly what we wanted, drew up and agreed the plans for the the local authority accordingly and provided detailed costings. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.

Once contacted, Andrew responded and visited promptly to assess and quote repairs needed. Once quote was accepted Andrew duly arrived when he Said he would and all work was Carried out to high and clean standard! Many thanks to him and I would recommend him.

Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend them to others.
