He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. We found Darren a very reliable, professional and hardworking tradesman. The job of removing an old damp Victorian floor and relaying with concrete ready for tiling, was completed in good time and within budget despite unexpected problems with the foundations. He salvaged as many old tiles as possible to reuse and he gave us good advice and information when necessary. The site was left clean and tidy and all materials removed. Altogether an excellent job. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Christian and Julian are the most amazing and reliable builders. If I could give them 10* I would. They came to complete 1 project but agreed to 2 other projects in my home. Their quote was within budget and it was reasonable. They completed each project exactly how I envisioned it and also took care of the finer details of my bathroom. They also gave me advice about other area of my home which I intend to work on. They are trustworthy and I will be calling them again for other projects in my home.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
