Excellent! Tony was friendly, helpful and conscientious. It was clear from our discussions that he was most knowledgeable. Tony communicated with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything and was apprised of progress. Excellent job done, first class! Very pleasant guys, we dealt with Ted, who was very professional, courteous and went way beyond to finish in a day! Very tidy and neat, cleaned up before leaving. M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Samuel was able to fix the gutter and secure it. I hope that has sorted it out for a long time but he didnt give me a guarantee! I should have asked for one. But he did assure me to call him if any problem arises. He knows what hes doing. He appears very professional and knowledgeable of his job. (His name is Samuel, not Barry, however. Maybe thats his partner! I will recommend him.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. Special thanks to Jez and his bro Josh and to Tim the painter.
