We are a small faimily business with 18 years experience in the building industry. We emply 8 full time workers and cover every aspect of building from a little knock through to a big extension we do all our own ground works, brickwork to fitting a new roof, we even have our own landscaper for all the finishing touches when the job it complete. Our other branch of the company is we have our own skip and grab hire firm so we are fully in house

Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. Excellent job done, first class! Very pleasant guys, we dealt with Ted, who was very professional, courteous and went way beyond to finish in a day! Very tidy and neat, cleaned up before leaving. Communications were excellent. Price was right, with no hidden costs. They arrived a bit earlier than expected which was great! We very highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. He cleaned the area after each day & all the residents thought he was pleasant & agreeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Luke & his company. We will definitely use him again.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.

M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.
