An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. We are a small family business with over 40 years experience in the building trade. Between the team we cover a wide range of work, specialising in Ground works and drainage, driveway installations- tarmac/block paving/stone sets/flagged, building works- full extensions/single brick walls/stud walls/summer houses home office garage conversions etc and any electrical works fully napit registered and insured- full Rewire/kitchen alterations/eicr certificates and landlord checks. Honesty and reliability is a must for us if we don’t think we can do the job we will not attempt. Between us we cover a wide range of works with an A* finish.

Hi I'm Martyn. I have been in the trade since I was 16, so a lot of years and experience. We do everything from footings to the roof. We work with a structural engineer with the bigger jobs and also do steel erected building's, we can go as far as saying we do demolition to a degree depending on the job. Also we do groundwork from a footing for a wall or a big dig out for a drive...we can change a few tiles or do a full re roof. No job too big or small get in touch we do it all. Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.
