Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Only thing I'm not sure about is the trading name but it was appropriate in some respects - good diagnostic skills.

David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

Dave renovated my mum's kitchen - knocking down an internal wall, bricking up a doorway and fitting a new door and kitchen. His price was mid range of the quotes we received. He did a good job, my mum was very happy with the end result. He also came back after being paid to correct/ replace a few things that needed fixing. He worked neatly and was very polite. The job did take a bit longer than we were told, however we would definitely use him again.
