James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Karl did a very fantastic work in my roof... Put a 70mm PIR INSULATION, new felts and buttons, and all other roof work (chimney lead flash, ridge and cement laying etc) and replaced damaged tiles. He is very flexible, trustworthy, hard working, puntual and good workmanship. His price is reasonable and I will recommend to use his service.

Engagement with Incompetent Lairs would be my way of describing my experience. Hiring Kevin and his team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had on Rated. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.
