He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Quick and efficient. When they arrived, they got straight onto the roof to investigate the issue, explained the problem to me, and gave me a good price. We then agreed to the work straight away, and within 1 hour they had gone to get what they needed for the job, and returned to complete the repair.
