Quick and efficient. When they arrived, they got straight onto the roof to investigate the issue, explained the problem to me, and gave me a good price. We then agreed to the work straight away, and within 1 hour they had gone to get what they needed for the job, and returned to complete the repair. These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week. Henry is spot on in identifying the issue. He and his team were very efficient and manage the project really well. They worked hard and update the progress/issues frequently in the midst of unstable weather conditions. Their service is at the top rank of all projects done by my other tradesmen. I recommend their service but you have to consider the cost as the good service comes with a higher cost.
