I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. Sorry for the late rating but I had to wait a sufficient time to check if the roof was no longer leaking. Courteous upon applying to view the job, James kept me updated when he was delayed on a job, prior to viewing the job. Asked open questions about the project, gave me an option to reseal or coat the roof with PF500 liquid rubber for 45% of the charge we'd been quoted by two other companies, to take felt off and redo the entire roof which is probably 30 months old. 10 year guarantee too.
