When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Darren was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We had worktops cut for our kitchen and he did them to an excellent standard. Whilst he was on the job we asked if it was possible to fit the high rise units we had purchased for our kitchen. He had no problem with doing this and charged us a very reasonable amount. Any further work we would need to have done, Darren would be our first and only call. Great work, great service, great results.

GKMC Building Services has just repointed the south westerly wall of our house, the finished job is fantastic it looks like new. Their meticulous attention to detail is perfect. They cleaned up afterwards and you would not know they had been here. So friendly, well done Gary and your team.
