Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. Really quick response to the job posting. Quality of work was excellent and exactly as quoted. They replaced my gutters and fascias and also de-mossed the roof . While they were up there they also cleared some old aerial wiring just to help out . Made a great job of clearing up after themselves as well . Would definitely recommend

Engagement with Incompetent Lairs would be my way of describing my experience. Hiring Kevin and his team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had on Rated. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Harry came and assessed the job and we agreed a price. Came one day later to start job due to previous job overrunning. Commenced work of taking gutters down then said he would need an extra £1500 for drip trays and I refused and Harry said well how much can you pay? We eventually settled on £750 . Work appears to be of good standard and the lads were very polite. But not happy I was asked to pay extra and think job hadn’t been assessed properly. When asked to pay Harry not keen on Credit card option.
