James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful.
