Prompt & reliable, Paul & Marious completed the job quickly, to a very high standard and did additional work not included in the quote. I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . Definitely used him again and recommend to every one .

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. My wife and have no hesitation in recommending mark for anyone seeking similar bullding projects

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Darius is honest and reliable. He was ready to start at our convenience and sourced the materials needed. He didn't rush anything and was happy to do some extra jobs that cropped up last minute. We will definitely use him again
