Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Very very happy! Repaired everything I asked for and more. Friendly and professional. Paid exactly what I was quoted. NO hidden costs. NO time wasted. Perfect job done top finish and super fast! Always arrived on time. Cleaned the mess up after the job was completed. Thank you so much for the work being done in such short notice, at my time of need. Tony and his sons came to us to do a fairly small renovation. By the time we had finished adding things on to their list they were with us for over 2 weeks. They took changes in their stride, with good humour and also suggested ways we could save time and money whilst still achieving the look we wanted. And most importantly they were hard working, trustworthy and clean - tidying and wiping down every night before they left. We were so impressed, we have now asked Tony to build our extension.

Darren promptly provided us with a quote for our job, him and his brother did a quick and tidy job fitting a new french door. They Left everything spotless. Would highly recommend.

The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.
