I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
