We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.

Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Kevin investigated our job telling us our roof needed felting, quoted 6k for the job, when asked, he said this would be the price, no other additions or costs. They later found the original fault we suspected and charged about 500 to resolve with the related damage. The final price of the job had VAT and other additions to a total of 8.5k. If money is no object I'm sure they will do a good job, but certainly as pensioners we don't have this much to spare.
