Scott left the room as he found it, cleaning up before he left for the day. There were no unexpected costs. Scott turned up at the times that he said he would, he also asked us if it was okay for him to work into the early evening. Scott kept us informed of how the work was going, The tiling that Scott has done for us is of great workmanship and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Paul ripped out my old bathroom and carried out a replacement. He has done an amazing job! My property is old so there were some issues along the way re the existing pipes and walls. Paul kept me informed every step of the way and was able to find solutions to fit in with what I wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble,he could not have been more helpful. Not recommended. Various delays on completion of decking job - weather , faulty materials. Paid for work promptly. After two weeks part of decking fell off ( decking unused). Company failed to repair work. Have given me four dates that they would fix - all no shows. Have not heard from them since last no show 29th July. Disappointing.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
