We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Extremely hard working and what they say they do! Nothing has been a problem for them and they took a great deal of pride in ensuring that we were totally happy with the work done. Great quote ,great job, however ask for the roofer to return to resolve an issue has been very problematic. Agreed to come back. Not even contacted me . Reluctantly leaving this, but have given enough chances to reply.

After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.

He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.
