james and his crew worked like trojans to clear the trees and dispose of the spoils-even starting in the rain with no complaints-i asked for extra work to be done and with no complaint they took it in their stride-payment for this being a couple of hot cross buns and diet coke !!-i was going to have the stumps grinded out but james and his trusty 2 ton digger ripped them out-leaving the ground flat and virtually ready for turfing-they even knocked down a wall and levelled the site-5 stars are not enough!!

I have been in the roofing business for 30 year's and have many happy customers.I prefer working with slate products .Swithland being my favourite to work with . I work alone now so mainly concentrate on extensions and repairs such as finding leaks , rebedding ridges and gables , reflashing chimneys and relaying valleys.

Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
