Karl took out our old cement fillet and replaced it with lead flashing. He did a great job at a fair price and was very helpful throughout - even helping me get some spare tiles from the attic to replace ones that had been ruined by the old cement. Punctual service (he even managed to squeeze us in earlier). Highly recommended.

Tom was very professional gave me a quote for repair to gable end replace gutter and fit down pipe. New tiles. Done an excellent job. I would highly recommend Tom for any roofing work.Has a polite and friendly manner.

Excellent tradesman and on time, knowledgeable in his trade and did a few extra little jobs that he wasnt earmarked to do. Employed Lee again to do some extra roof work , would I recommend him? Yes no hesitation

I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I am very pleased and look forward to living with my new guttering.

Jack was really kind and polite and I am very happy with a job well done. I would certainly know where to go in future should I need more work done His rates were extremely competitive as I had received another quote of more than twice that he charged me. I thoroughly recommend him.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

i recently used loft logic to fit an internal oak door and hinges. i needed the door fitted asap,mr woolfe,arrived promtly,the following day after making contact. he fitted the door and hinges,exactly as required, the final price for the job was exactly as quoted. i would not hesitate to use loft logic for any future carpentry,and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Nigel, came to quote and sent his man Peter to do the work. All I can say is that I'll always use these guys for any carpentery in the future. Peter was amazing, very high quality work, helpful, nothing was a problem or an issue. Brilliant 'can do' attitude . A rare find and not too expensive.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Very happy with all the work Tony has done. I've ended up keeping Tony on site to undertake lots more work, including removing walls, plastering, repairing intricate cornice and he's been arranging other trades for me; re-wire, joinery.... the list goes on... very happy with all Tony's contacts.
