Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Reliable, respectful and quality. Absolutely fantastic work. Door installation including frame was a perfect fit, used his ideas well to recommend best position. Finished work in the promised time scale and cleaned the area up very nicely afterwards. Very flexible, nothing was too much trouble. Fair and reasonable on price. Highly recommended.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Brad built 3 brick pillars for us among other things but he was prompt on original attendance, prompt on quote, and what a top finish. An excellent job at a competitive price. Aaron provided a quote which outlined details of the job to be done. They arrived as promised at 7.45 and had the job done in just over 6 hours. The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done. Overall we are very happy with the work and would use Solid Roofing Services again.

James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
